What it does
Gearboxly is priced per shop location, not per person. Add as many people as you like on any plan, and give each one a role.
There are four roles. Owners can do everything, including settings, staff, billing and margins. Managers run the shop day to day. Service advisors handle customers, estimates, approvals, scheduling and parts. Technicians see only their assigned cars, with no prices or customer contact details.
Roles are checked on every request, not just hidden on screen. Each person signs in with their own email and password.

Add someone
Go to Staff and tap Add someone. Enter their name and email and pick a role.

They set their own password
They get an email to set their own password and sign in.

The role sets what they see
Technicians land on their own work list. Owners and advisors land on the Workshop board.
