How it works

Start the inspection
Open the repair order, go to the Inspection tab, pick a checklist and tap Start inspection. Technicians can also start one from their phone.

Mark each point
Tap Green, Orange or Red for each point, add a measurement where it helps and take a photo of anything orange or red.

Let AI write it up
Tap AI write-up and say or type what you saw. Gearboxly AI turns it into a finding the customer can understand, for you to check.

Can customers see the photos?
Yes. The customer page shows the inspection with its photos and notes, and lets the customer approve or decline each job and pay.
