Is data migration really free?
Yes, on the Growth plan. Send us the CSV export from your old software and we import it and check it for you, at no extra cost. On Core and AI you can run the same import yourself from a CSV.
What can you bring over?
Customers with their phone numbers, emails and addresses, their vehicles, and visit history: last visit, number of visits and lifetime spend. Your old repair orders stay in your old system's export for your records.
Which software can we switch from?
Any system that exports customers as a CSV file, including Tekmetric, Shopmonkey and Mitchell 1. Our importer reads the column names and we confirm the matches before anything is written.
How long does it take?
