- Price: $99 per location per month as an add-on to Core or AI, including 200 call minutes per month (Growth includes it with 100 call minutes per month at no extra charge)
- Name your assistant and pick its voice: 8 natural voices, a name like Riley, hear each before you pick
- Answers busy, missed and after-hours calls forwarded from the shop's own number, in a natural voice, as the shop
- Books appointments onto the shop calendar, gives repair status to recognized customers, answers the shop's FAQ, takes messages
- Every call: AI summary, transcript, recording kept 14 days; after-call text to the customer when they agree

## Trial and fees
- Free trial: 14 days of the AI plan, no credit card required
- Unlimited customer updates: estimates, approvals, status updates, appointment reminders, booking confirmations and sign-in codes, no per-message fees. Fair use applies: messages go only to the shop's own customers who agreed to receive them
- Campaign texts: campaigns, win-back offers, review requests, service-due reminders and missed-appointment follow-ups count toward the monthly amount
- Extra campaign texts: a pack of 1,000 for $15 any time
- A text is up to 160 characters (70 with special characters such as emoji); longer messages go out in pieces and each piece counts as one campaign text
- Card payments: processed by Stripe at Stripe's standard rates; Gearboxly adds no fee
- Text messaging registration (A2P 10DLC) carrier fees are shown before texting goes live
