Customer portal with rewards points for auto repair shops

Customers get their own account with your shop's name and colors. They sign in with their email to see their cars, past visits, upcoming appointments and rewards points.
What it does
From their home page a customer sees upcoming appointments, past visits with a link to each one, their vehicles and their rewards points, ready to redeem. They can book their next visit from there.
You send the invite from the customer's card, by email. It uses none of your texts. The customer sets a password of at least 8 characters and signs in with their email.
Customers find My account in your shop website's header and footer, on your booking page, and in estimate and inspection emails. Loyalty rewards are on every plan.
How it works

Open the customer's card
Go to the Details tab. In the Online account panel, tap Email an account invite.

The customer sets a password
They open the email, tap Set my password, choose a password of at least 8 characters and sign in with their email.

Appointments, past visits, vehicles and rewards points, all in one place.

Do customers get a login?
Yes. From the customer's card you can email an account invite. They sign in with their email to see visits, vehicles, appointments and rewards points.
Does sending an invite use my texts?
No. Invites go out by email, so they use none of your texts.
What if a customer has no email on file?
The customer needs an email on file to be invited. If they already have a password, the button sends a password reset link instead.
