Service-due reminders and win-back texts for auto repair shops
Updated . In the Growth plan.
Your shop already knows who is due back. Gearboxly Marketing nudges them, and reaches out to regulars who have gone quiet.
What it does
A service-due reminder is a friendly nudge when a customer is about due for their next service, based on time since their last visit. It is one message per service cycle.
Win-back reaches out to quiet customers at 6, 9 and 12 months of silence, so regulars do not drift to the shop down the road.
Every message respects opt-outs, quiet hours, spacing and a frequency cap, and anyone with an upcoming appointment is left out of reminders and win-backs. Texts only go to customers who agreed to receive them, and each text counts toward your monthly campaign texts.
