Gearboxly AI credits: the monthly AI allowance for your shop

The AI plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. One pool, shared by everyone in your shop.
What it does
Every AI-plan location adds a monthly allowance of AI credits to one pool shared by the whole shop. Growth has double the Gearboxly AI allowance.
If the pool runs out, AI features pause until the next billing month, or you can add a top-up in Billing to keep going straight away. Top-ups last until the end of that billing month, and unused credits do not carry over. Everything else in Gearboxly keeps working.
During the free trial, AI is limited to 40 requests a day. AI credits are for your own shop's customers, vehicles and repair orders.
How it works

Use AI as normal
Labor lookups, estimate drafts, write-ups and the rest draw from the shared pool.

Watch for the pause
If the pool runs out, AI pauses until the next billing month.

Top up in Billing
Add a top-up to keep going straight away. It lasts until the end of that billing month.
