Cancellation and refund policy

New shops get a 14-day free trial of the AI plan. No card is needed to start, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.

The shop owner can cancel in Billing on app.gearboxly.com, or by emailing support@gearboxly.com. There is no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Because plans are month to month and can be cancelled at any time, we do not give refunds or credits for partial months, for unused days after you cancel, or for unused AI credits, AI top-ups or text packs.

If you were charged in error, for example twice for the same month or after you had cancelled, email support@gearboxly.com within 30 days and we will refund the mistaken charge.

Your shop’s records are kept for 90 days after the plan ends, so you can come back or ask for an export. After that they are deleted, as described in our data retention policy.
