What is the Golf Scorecard?

Keeping a golf card on paper means a stubby pencil, mental addition at the turn, and working out where you stand against par hole by hole. This online scorecard takes over the arithmetic: set each hole's par, tap in your strokes, and it tells you your total and exactly how you're doing against par as you play.

It saves your round on your device and runs entirely in your browser.

What does this tool do?

You set the par for every hole and enter your strokes as you finish each one. The card totals your strokes, the course par and your score to par, and labels each hole with the golf result — birdie, par, bogey, double and so on — colour-coding under and over par. Play 9 or 18, and only the holes you've entered count toward your to-par figure.

It's a running scorecard that does the maths a paper card makes you do yourself.

Common mistakes to avoid

Leaving every par at the default

Fix: Set the real par per hole, or your to-par results will be wrong.

Expecting to-par over unplayed holes

Fix: Only holes you've scored count — that's why it reads correctly during the round.

Confusing it with a handicap tool

Fix: It tracks strokes and score to par; use your club's system for handicaps.

Clearing the wrong thing

Fix: Clear scores keeps your course pars; only your strokes reset for a new round.
